Face Food

As you may know, oatmeal is a healthy food that should be apart of any woman's diet. In addition to, oatmeal's nutritional value, oatmeal is a great face food. Oatmeal masks are one of the most popular homemade mask, and below is another version:

Honey-Oatmeal Facial Mask

What you need:
1/2 cup of hot water
1/2 apple (cored, don't peel)
2 tbsp. honey
10 tbsp quick oats
2 heaping tbsp. of plain yogurt
1 egg white

What to do:
Combine hot water and oats; stir until smooth. Let stand for 5 minutes - until water is absorbed completely and mixture resembles a paste. Mix remaining ingredients in a blender fro 3- 45 seconds. Evenly apply mask to entire face and let it sit for 10-15 minutes ( just until skin begins to feel tight). Rinse with warm water.
