Post Thanksgiving

FITNESS & NUTRITION
I wont tell you what I had on my plate yesterday, but I will tell you that it was not anything close to healthy. In addition to,  the fact that my plate was full of calories and fat, I overate. Consequently, I will be in the gym today completing a full body workout; my plan is to do 20 minutes of arm/ shoulder exercise, 30 minutes abdominal work, 15-20 minutes of back work, and 20-30 minutes of legs/ gluts exercise. However, I am feeling extremely lethargic after eating so much food for Thanksgiving that my work-out routine may not go as planned. Wish me luck.

  1. Hahaha,aww,good luck! Trust me I know what it is like to want to hit the gym yet not feel motivated at all!!
    The hardest part is actually getting there but once you do get there,you're straight!

    1. I use to not like going to the gym, until I found the current gym I am at now. I like the people and I like the classes they offer. It's really all about finding the right fit.

  4. I feel like you wrote this for me. I spend the whole day working eating little and drinking too much coffee! Not such a healthy diet!

    1. :) We all need a little bit of encouragement every now and then. My diet has been so bad lately, but I'm getting it together.
